What you need
1 cup of finely chopped strawberries
1 cup of watermelon cut in cubes
Half a lime
1/2 a cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 Tablespoon of chia seeds
How to make it
- Blend the strawberries, watermelon and chia seeds in a blender until a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Pour almond milk to thin.
- Squeeze a dash of lime to add acidity according to taste preference
- Add finely cut strawberries and chia seeds as a garnish
Storage
Store any leftovers in ice cube trays, last 1-2 days.
